Our mission is to provide professional and compassionate counselling, life coaching, and NLP services tailored to the unique challenges faced by yachties onboard superyachts. We are here to help you build resilience, overcome emotional challenges and hardships, manage stress, and create balance in your life - whether at sea or ashore. Our aim is to empower you to navigate the pressures of yachting with confidence, so you can enjoy a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
Meet Our Founder
Our founder, Jamie, holds a master’s degree in psychology, is a certified life coach, and an NLP practitioner, with over six years of counselling experience. Her extensive background ensures she offers expert support rooted in proven techniques.
Most importantly, Jamie is a former yachtie herself. Having walked the walk, she intimately understands the specific pressures, stressors, and emotional distress that come with life onboard. Her first-hand experience fuels her passion for improving mental health onboard yachts and providing the genuine, empathetic support so many yacht crew need.
Dedicated to making a difference, Jamie combines her professional expertise with her personal journey to create a safe and understanding space for yacht crew members. Jamie is also committed to raising awareness and insight through her blog, supporting the wellbeing of yachties worldwide.
